She started as a Class-A CDL driver, logging years on the road before moving into logistics coordination for Williams Sonoma’s Fortune 500 brands, ensuring thousands of shipments reached over 600 retail stores. Later, she transitioned into brokerage operations and compliance, where she quickly realized how unpaid invoices and fraud were crippling honest carriers and brokers.

That realization lit a fire. Jennifer entered freight collections, shattered every sales record at her first agency, and personally recovered millions for her clients. After thriving in both agency and consulting roles, she set out to build a firm of her own—one focused entirely on protecting and recovering what transportation professionals are owed.

Today, Jennifer leads Freight Recovery Specialists with the same grit that fueled her as a driver. She continues to advocate for small carriers through her work with TNOOA, the Freight Fraud Task Force, and her historic FMCSA case that brought rare broker transparency against Uber Freight.
